The location where Jatayu fell is believed to be “Jatayupara” (literally, the rock on to which Jatayu fell) where the centre is now established.
The Jatayu Earth’s Centre is set among rocky mountainous property spread over 20 acres. The project was constructed in all its majesty under the supervision of renowned sculptor and movie-director Rajiv Anchal. The highlight of the Centre is the massive 200 ft long, 70 ft wide sculpture of the mythical bird of the Ramayana – Jatayu. This sculpture is also the world’s largest bird sculpture.
